Our online store offers you a convenient method for ordering your products.
Placing an order with www.herbalsupplies.com.au indicates your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.
All payments are processed through our PayPal at checkout. We do not collect any credit card or banking information.

Online payment methods include:
Products are shipped between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays and Christmas closure). Orders are sent via Australia post. For your convenience please ensure that someone is able to receive your items at the shipping address you specify. If someone is not available to receive the parcel, it will be delivered to the nearest post office and a pick up card will be left in your letterbox. All postage costs are calculated at the checkout.

It is your responsibility to check with your local authorities to ensure that products are permitted for import into your country (e.g. quarantine, customs, agriculture, food and drug).
Please establish what type of documentation you require with the goods. Herbal Supplies will NOT refund goods that have been refused entry in your country.
Return and Refund Policy
All Hilde Hemmes’ Herbals products must pass most rigid quality assurance and other scientific tests as outlined by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration. Hilde Hemmes’ Herbals products are in perfect condition when they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Therefore, it is a Hilde Hemmes’ Herbals policy that any products ordered through this Hilde Hemmes’ Herbals website are the responsibility of the recipient. Due to Hilde Hemmes’ company policies, and in line with our own quality assurance requirements, there will not be any refund of products purchased over the web.
Products can only be returned or exchanged in the following circumstances.
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect product shipped
- Faulty product
In these circumstances, products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Otherwise due to the health risks from tampering all products are considered to be sold on a “No Return Basis”. No refund or exchange will be given for:
- Change of mind
- Products that have been open or tampered with or are not in a resalable condition
- Incorrect orders made by the recipient
In the event a parcel is returned to sender the recipient is not entitled to a refund. If your order is returned to our warehouse due to the recipient unable to claim the package you will be required to pay the freight charge again.
- We will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
- You need to send the original or a copy of the invoice with your order.
- In the event that your product is lost in transit, we will not be held liable and therefore recommend that you send all returns via Registered Post.
- We ask that you allow a minimum of 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
