Hypericum – 200mL Oral Liquid Extract

ACTIVE INGREDIENT
Each 5 mL contains Hypericum perforatum extract equivalent to dry herb top fl. 1 g.

ORAL USE
Hypericum (also known as St John’s Wort) has been traditionally used in western herbal medicine:
• to relieve irritability, nervous tension / unrest and restlessness
• as a calmative / nervous system relaxant
• to soothe / calm the nerves
• as a nervine to support the nervous system
• to support general health and wellbeing.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Adults take 5 mL of tincture 3 times daily between meals.
Dosage may be mixed with 100 mL of water or juice and consumed immediately.

DURATION OF USE
There are no restrictions on duration of use.
